We believe in transparent pricing, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Canada.

2. Global Fulfillment Disclosure

To provide our Canadian customers with a curated selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, Solarix Boutique utilizes a global logistics network. Your order is dispatched directly from our international distribution centers. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer unique items while maintaining exceptional value.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

The total time to receive your order includes both handling and transit time:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive within this window, delays may occur due to seasonal high volumes, extreme weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

5. Taxes, Duties & No Hidden Fees (DDP)

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all Canadian orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price. Solarix Boutique manages all customs clearance and prepays applicable import duties and taxes (GST/HST/PST). You will not be required to pay any additional "fees at the door" upon delivery.

6. Tracking & Address Accuracy

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. Solarix Boutique is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
