Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Canada.
Where are the products shipped from?
All Soralix Boutique products are shipped from our main warehouse in Ottawa, Canada, to ensure reliable delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
