3. Where are the products shipped from?
To provide a wide selection of curated products at competitive prices, Solarix Boutique utilizes a global logistics network. Your order will be dispatched from one of our international fulfillment centers depending on stock availability. All brand management and administrative operations are handled by our headquarters in Ottawa, Canada.
4. Are there any hidden customs fees or taxes (GST/HST)?
No. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all Canadian orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all customs clearance and prepay applicable import duties and taxes (GST/HST/PST) so you will not face "fees at the door."
5. How long does delivery take?
For our Canadian customers, the estimated delivery timeline is as follows:
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the fulfillment process has started, the order cannot be modified, and the standard return policy will apply.
