1. 30-Day Return Window
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@solarix-boutique.com.
Important Notice: Do not send items to our administrative office in Ottawa. Upon approval, we will provide you with the specific address of our authorized logistics inspection center.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Solarix Boutique covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., style preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
To ensure rapid delivery, we process orders quickly. Therefore:
- Cancellations: Must be requested within 12 hours of purchase or before 08:00 PM (EST).
- Address Updates: Please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian provincial laws. You are entitled to a remedy for goods that are defective or do not match their description.
